Western’s track and field teams continued their journey through championship season Tuesday night with a stop in Hastings for the Interstate-8 Finals. The boys team finished a strong second to an even stronger Harper Creek, scoring 130 points to the Beavers’ 165.5, and ahead of third place Coldwater’s 86 points.

    All-Conference status, attained by finishing in first place in an event, was won by Corvell March in the high jump, Braden VanCalbergh in the pole vault, the 1600m by Ryan Good, the 3200m by Edison Lopeman, and the 4x400m relay team of Parker Yokom, Isaac Fullerton, Demarcus Hill, and Ryan Good.
