7th Grade A Girls Volleyball Defeats Pennfield

The 7th grade A team faced off against Pennfield for their only game this week. The Lady Panthers came out with fierce serving and took the 1st set 25-7, with Alexiya Payne leading the charge with 5 aces. The Panthers from Pennfield had some amazing hustle plays in the 2nd set that allowed them to take the lead early. Determined to win, our Panthers fought back from being down by 5 points by making some key digs, calculated serves and being aggressive at the net to take the 2nd set 25-22. With a new rotation in play for the 3rd set, the lack of communication and confidence allowed Pennfield to take the 3rd set 13-15.

Come on out and support the Middle School Volleyball teams as they wrap up their season next week with 2 home games. The Lady Panthers will face off against Coldwater on Tuesday (10/14) and Northwest on Thursday (10/16). B teams take the court at 4pm and A teams right after.
