Vs. Harper Creek 

Game 1

Harper Creek 7  Western 3

Harper Creek jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first inning as Western responded, scoring 2 runs in the 2nd to even the match up.  Harper had two more cross the plate in the 3rd to take the lead for good.  Western had runners in scoring position in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th inning and could not muster up the big hit.  Western was not able to capitalize on big opportunities and it cost them the defeat.  The game was a muddy mess as it rained during the entirety of the game giving both pitchers a tough time.  Brody Parrott went 6 innings giving up 4 hits and 4 earned runs.  Andrew Parrott and Lincoln Levy each collected two hits in the contest.  Jackson Luke (Double) and Luke Nally each collected one hit.  Nally and Cody Spitzer each had 1 RBI.  

Game 2 

Western 3  Harper Creek 1

Andrew Parrott was in complete control on the mound with a really good defense behind him throughout the game. Parrott went 6 and ⅔ and gave up 3 hits and 1 earned run to pick up the Victory. Justin Chapko picked up a save as he finished the game in the 7th.  The Panthers collected 7 hits in the contest as Luke Herrington launched his first career Varsity Homerun in the first inning.  Herrington and Jackson Luke each had two hits in the matchup.  Luke Nally, Lincoln Levy and Cody Spitzer each tallied one hit.  Herrington, Luke and Levy picked up an RBI each.  Herrington and Charlie Stevens were able to each steal one base.  With the victory for the Panthers, Coach Parrott picked up his 100th Career Victory as Head Coach. Western will be back in action on Thursday as they host Tecumseh on Staff Appreciation Day.
