JV Soccer Defeats Marshall

Thursday April 24th the Panthers took on the Marshall RedHawks at the Panther bowl. Western came out strong and was connecting passes. The first goal came from Emma Paquin assisted by Jillian Barnes. Marshall didn’t shut down and held the Panthers to 1 for the first half. Western made some adjustments at half and were able to capitalize two more times with goals coming from Ceci Gretz and Carly Gilbert with assists on both goals coming from Emma Paquin. The Lady Panthers continue to grow as a team each game! They are in action again Monday April 28th home against Brighton.
