JV Tennis Battles East Grand Rapids

On 4/22/25, the Western JV Girls Tennis team travelled to East Grand Rapids. The Western JV Girls Tennis team had their first loss against a very strong and large team of East Grand Rapids. We had many close and competitive matches with two tie breakers. Highlights from the match was 2 Doubles of Mara and Sylvia Bivens in a hard and close fought match losing in a tie breaker and then winning the remaining exhibition matches. Our season’s record is now at 8-1-0. Next up the JV team travels with varsity to Hastings High School on Thursday, April 24, for a match at 4pm following varsity. Go Panthers!
