The PantHER gymnasts ended their 2024-2025 season with 3 of their gymnasts competing at the MHSAA individual State Finals!  2 Freshmen: Emma Paquin:All Around Hannah Sorrow: floor/vault, 1 Junior- Hannah Whiting: Vault, Bars. While these gymnasts didn’t quite score in the top 10, these three are still ranked in the top 20 gymnasts in Division 1 in the state of Michigan!

Vault

18th- Emma Paquin 8.95 (tied with JAG’s Avah Gaston)

Hannah Whiting and Hannah Sorrow: 8.725

Bars:

Hannah Whiting- 8.275

Emma Paquin- 7.85

Beam-

20th-Emma Paquin 8.85

Floor:

19th- Emma Paquin 9.15

Hannah Sorrow: 8.5

All Around:

18th: Emma Paquin 34.8

The team had a historic run this season!  Some of the highlights include:

-First place conference win (over 25 years in the making)

-16 regional qualifiers

-Regional floor and Vault Score of 35.6 placing 2nd (also the highest event scores in 25 years) 

-3 state qualifiers, 2 freshmen and a Junior

This young team is just a few tenths away from breaking school records and qualifying for states as a team. They are motivated and capable and ready to turn more heads next season.
