On Saturday March 1st, our Western PantHERs headed west to Rockford for their regional competition after having 16 gymnasts qualify this season! After their historic conference win, their next endeavor was qualifying as a team for the state finals. The top 3 teams qualify, and the girls fell short by just 0.725 points behind Lowell 136.275, and JAG 136.3. 

Our Panthers scored 135.55 placing 4th (which is the highest regional ranking in 24 years). The emotions ran high and as these young women had a GREAT and historic season! For 3 individuals, the season continues to the individual State competition this Saturday March 8th in Kenowa Hills! The 3 individuals are : Two freshmen Hannah Sorrow and Emma Paquin, and one Junior Hannah Whiting.

Floor-Laurel Clevenger-Grimsley 8.4, and Brynn Miller 8.7.

The 2024-25 PantHeR gymnastics team has put Parma Western on EVERYONES RADAR and is excited for more victories next season. The team is full of potential and this roster of 19 is hungry for new skills, higher scores, and more historic.
