The Western Panthers pulled off a dominant performance in their first district game, securing a solid victory over the Pinckney Pirates. Maverick Hammond led the charge, finishing with an impressive 30 points and 5 rebounds.. DJ VanRiper was a key contributor as well, adding 16 points and 4 steals, helping to stifle the Pirates' offensive efforts. Cody Spitzer facilitated the offense with 4 assists, while Eli Herrington chipped in with 6 points to support the team’s effort.
