Western Freshman Boys Basketball lost to Marshall on Thursday, 38-34.
Cam Fullerton scored 15 points to lead all Panthers, and added eight rebounds, two blocked shots, one steal and one assist.
Jayce Thurman had a jumper in the lane with :14 left that would have tied the game but it rattled out. Thurman ended with two points, an assist and a blocked shot.
Colin Savicke had a nice all-around effort with five points, five assists, five rebounds, two blocked shots and a steal.
Knox Archer had four points, an offensive rebound and a steal before dislocating his pinky.
Lucas VanRiper had three points to go with an assist and his standard solid defensive game.
Bennett Schultz scored two points, pulled down two rebounds, dished an assist and blocked a shot.
Nolan Robinson pulled down three rebounds and had an assist.
Connor Wrozek hit a three-pointer, snagged two rebounds and dished an assist.
Broyden Cole had a rebound and a steal.
Trevor Brandt had a rebound.
The Panthers fell to 2-14 with the loss. Western hosts Mason on Monday.
