The Panthers hosted crosstown rival, Northwest, Friday night for an I8 showdown. Western jumped out to an early lead and didn't look back, holding the Mounties to only 1 field goal in the first half. The Panther closed out the game 50-12, sweeping Northwest on the season.
Western travels to Williamston Tuesday night for a non-conference matchup.
