Freshman Football Battled Pennfield

Western Freshman traveled to Pennfield for our last game of the season for a 4pm contest against Pennfield’s JV squad, as the first half got underway we worked hard at trying to establish our run and pass game with little success, as the first half concluded we found ourselves down 0-20 at the half. As the second half got underway our team worked hard to match their size and strength, but was to much to overcome we lost 0-41.
I’m proud of our team for working hard each day and having a positive can do attitude all season, I think great improvements were made for our freshman team and also individually at all positions this season.
