JV Volleyball Goes 1-1

Western JV volleyball competed in a tri on Thursday against Lakewood and Pewamo Westphalia. After coming off a great victory the night before, the Panthers faced some line up changes and ultimately couldn’t connect as a team. Western took the first set against Lakewood 25-16 but fell short in the next two scoring 26-27 and 8-15. Next, the Panthers played Pewamo Westphalia again falling short with a score of 23-25 in the first set. However, the Panthers were determined to leave with some positivity and won the next set 25-23. In the third set Western battled winning 15-11.
