WHS Panthers travelled to Dewitt on Saturday 9/21 for an out of conference matchup.  Dewitt entered the game 11-1-1 and ranked 3rd in Div 2.  Western hoped to upset the Dewitt team on their senior day.  With a very defensive lineup and game plan, western held the game at 0-0 for much of the game. Fifteen minutes into the 2nd half, Dewitt broke the deadlock and scored off a nice shot from well outside the 18 yard box.  They quickly followed with 2 more goals of the same caliber.  The final score of the game ended at 5-0 with Dewitt adding another win to their record.  The WHS Panthers travel to Northwest for an I8 matchup on Tuesday 9/24.
