7th Grade Football Battled Lumen

The Panthers traveled to Lumen for our 1st game of the year. The Panthers were strong to start the day. Liam Bryant led the team in receiving and had 2 TD's. Ben Trudell led in rushing and had a 2 pt conversion. Derek Boldt threw 2 TDs and had 170 yards passing. Kannon Kelch had a fumble recovery and was aggressive on the defense. But the Panthers were unable to hold the lead and finished the day 26-14. The Panthers will look to get into the win column this week when we travel to Marshall to defeather some Red Hawks.
