The Panthers dominated the first quarter on offense by possessing the ball for 7:30 of the 10 minute quarter and behind some tough running from Logan Young and Dom Galloway, they drove to the LC 3 yard line. The Panthers were unable to punch it into the endzone for a score and then gave up a long TD run to the LC running back.

Throughout the hard hitting game the Panthers never gave up and played hard until the final whistle. On defense the Panthers were led by first time nose tackle Micheal Kiebler who had a number of hits on the LC quarterback along with a fumble recovery. Chase Forcier had a number of tackles including a loud crunching hit on a LC running back. 

The Panthers will look to bounce back next Wednesday in a road tilt with the Red Hawks of Marshall.
