The 7th grade Maroon (A) team hosted the Pennfield Panthers at home Tuesday night 9/10. The Lady Panthers came together and worked better as a team, but unfortunately due to dropped balls and service errors they could not pull off the win. Set 1 score was 23-25, set 2 was 21-25, and set 3 was 11-15. Scoring for the Panthers were Breslyn Walniewski (1 ace), Malli Backinger (1 ace), Leah Gernard (1 ace), Morgan Smith (2 kills), Harper Backinger (1 ace), Nora Gough (1 ace, 2 kills), Gracie Shrock (4 aces), Addison Beshara (1 ace). Adding digs to help out on defense were Chloe Lewis and Annabella Kaley. Supporting in setting was Rylee Wyllis. The Lady Panthers will host Lumen Chrisit at home on Thursday 9/12.
