The Western Varsity Volleyball team traveled  to Tecumseh for a quad on Wednesday evening.  The first match the Panthers came up against Grass Lake coming out victorious in two, 25-21 and 26-24.  In the second match, Western faced off with their I8 rival Northwest and came away with two more wins with scores of 25-16 and 25-16.  For the third match of the evening, the Panthers played a very competitive and athletic Tecumseh team.  Western came up short in the first set 21-25 but came back strong in the second set winning 25-21.  In the third set, the Panthers just couldn’t get things figured out and fell 8-15.  Come support Western Volleyball next Wednesday against Marshall for the start of conference play in the I8.  Go Panthers!
