The 7th grade football team traveled to Marshall to take on the Redhawks in a physical back and forth matchup. Despite trailing 14-6 at halftime, the Panthers stormed down the field to tie the game off a beautiful pass from Jase Beshara to Bret Kelch during their opening drive of the 2nd half. The Panthers battled hard but ultimately made too many self inflicted errors and lost the game 21-14. Bret Kelch scored both Panther touchdowns and forced a fumble on defense. The boys are looking forward to Wednesday when they take on Coldwater at home. Kickoff is at 4:30.
