Western JV volleyball traveled to Coldwater Wednesday night securing their first conference win of the season. The Panthers started set one strong making good use of their side outs scoring multiple points each time. Western won the first set 25-17. Set two proved to be troublesome for the Panthers due to lack of energy and trouble with serve receive. Western lost set two 21-25. After a regroup, Western was determined to get out of their own way. They stepped up the energy and the level of play came with it. Western won set three with a large margin of 15-5 giving the Panthers the overall win for the night. The Panthers are back in action tomorrow battling in Tecumseh.
