Western traveled to Pennfield Thursday night taking all 3 sets. The Western Panthers came out strong and aggressive the first set giving them a lead that Pennfield could not contend with, ending the set 25-14. The second set proved more difficult for western with key missed serves and mistakes allowing Pennfield to go point to point with them. Western ultimately came out of top 25-22. The third set was something new for the panthers, most playing a position they have only tried a few times in practice, still they persevered and finished the set off 15-6. Western will travel to Coldwater Thursday (9/17) to face the cardinals. GO PANTHERS!
