The Panthers traveled to Pennfield tonight and battled falling short 1-2. The girls had a slow start the first two games but came in strong in the third set and won. The third set the girls were working hard, hustling, and playing as a team. Serving also picked up tremendously in the third set. Leading the team in aces was Addie Bassett with 4, Addy Curtis with 3, Emmie Good with 2, and Addie Lutz with one. Addy Curtis led the team in kills with 2. Addie Lutz, Addie Bassett, and Amelia Gauss each had a kill. Kenzie Lewis, Addie Lutz, and Addy Curtis had some great passes and digs out of the back row. The girls will be back on the court Thursday at Coldwater.
