Western Panthers Parents & Guardians, For the 2026-27 school year, student registration for athletics will be moving to Final Forms, as our old platform Big Teams has been discontinued. In order to participate in athletics at Western High School and Middle School, each parent will need to sign up for a Final Forms account, and fill out the necessary forms that the MHSAA (Physical Form) and athletic program requires. In order to sign up for an account, click on the link below, and follow the instructions attached in the PDF below. As a reminder, all 26-27 physicals must be filled out after April 15th, 2026, and need to be uploaded directly to Final Forms, as they were previously with Big Teams. When the Final Forms website prompts you to add in your students email address, please use their Western School District e-mail.
